About the Role
Hybrid role: 60% active B2B collections (USA and MX customers) and 40% legal operations support to our outside counsel. SignNow contract cycle, aging A/R follow-up, contract repository. You do NOT draft contracts or give legal opinions. That stays with outside counsel. You are the operational lever for collections and contract throughput.
Responsibilities
- Review daily A/R aging: overdue customers by amount and days
- Priority collection calls (USA and MX as needed)
- Follow-up emails, formal reminders, payment plans
- Coordination with Finance and Bookkeeping team to clean aging
- Review of contracts in SignNow cycle
- Administrative support to outside counsel: filing, history, searches
- Daily report: collected, contracts signed, alerts
- Escalate to outside counsel any legal matter outside routine scope
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in B2B collections (calls plus email)
- English C1 oral: USA customers in collections
- Tolerance for uncomfortable calls
- Manage SignNow and electronic signature tools
- Basic contract reading: detect non-standard clauses to escalate
- Rigorous organization: aging A/R, contract cycle, expirations
Nice to Have
- Legal education or paralegal experience
- Experience working with US accounts
- Familiarity with USA and MX dual-jurisdiction contracts
