Social Media Specialist
Daily execution of the editorial calendar across 4 brands.
About the Role
Orchestrate marketing across 4 brands of the Alfred Trejo universe. You translate strategy into a monthly executable plan, brief specialists (paid media, social, SEO, creative), measure CPL, CAC and ROAS, and report numbers directly to the CEO. This is a conductor role, not an executor role.
Responsibilities
- Execute the editorial calendar across 4 brands
- Write copy for weekly posts with the right tone per brand
- Edit micro creatives (short reels, carousels) in CapCut and Canva
- Publish in Metricool or Later with a minimum cadence of 4 to 6 posts per week per brand
- Community management: DMs, comments, mentions with consistent tone
- Coordinate with paid ads on which posts to boost
- Weekly analysis: reach, engagement, attributed leads
- Research trends: hooks and viral formats that are applicable
Requirements
- Demonstrable portfolio of managed commercial accounts (not just personal)
- Micro creative editing in CapCut and Canva at execution level
- English B2 or C1 for copy for WLP NorCal
- Manage Metricool, Later, or Hootsuite
- Sales copywriting (not pretty copy)
- Education: Communication, Digital Marketing, Advertising, or similar
Nice to Have
- Experience working with multi-brand accounts
- Knowledge of US local services market and B2B social media
- Skill writing in two languages (Spanish and English)
