About the Role
Account and pipeline coordination for the Pavific client portfolio. You will handle proposals, quote follow-up, and Pipedrive CRM hygiene, acting as the liaison between sales advisors and the field/delivery teams. You will serve as the CEO’s right hand on the operational front.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate active pipeline across Pavific client accounts (WLP, The Margin Group)
- Build and follow up proposals end to end
- Maintain rigorous Pipedrive hygiene: stages, activities, attributed revenue
- Quote follow-up with clear cadence by stage
- Connect sales advisors with field / delivery teams without losing context
- Weekly pipeline review with the CEO
- Identify CRM operational improvements (automations, scoring, reports)
- Active accountability of the conversion KPI by source and stage
Requirements
- 3+ years in B2B sales operations or sales coordination
- Demonstrated experience managing live pipelines in Pipedrive, HubSpot, or Salesforce
- English C1 for client and field communication
- Proposal writing and structured negotiation discipline
- Reading dashboards: conversion by stage, time in pipeline, win rate
- Education: Administration, Business, Marketing, or similar
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B services (construction, paving, facility services)
- Practical knowledge of revenue ops or RevOps
- Familiarity with the US commercial market
