Responsibilities
- Lead asphalt, grading, and paving projects in the field.
- Estimate jobs, manage clients, and protect profit margins.
- Control scheduling, yield, drainage, and quality control.
Requirements
- Commercial paving field experience.
- Blueprint, grading, and estimating.
- English C1 / Native.
- Able to relocate in California.
Nice to Have
- Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Caltrans knowledge.
