About the Role
Orchestrate marketing across 4 brands of the Alfred Trejo universe. You translate strategy into a monthly executable plan, brief specialists (paid media, social, SEO, creative), measure CPL, CAC and ROAS, and report numbers directly to the CEO. This is a conductor role, not an executor role.
Responsibilities
- Design the monthly marketing plan for each entity (Pavific, We Love Paving, Escala Volcanes, Cumbre Fitness)
- Orchestrate specialists (paid ads, social, SEO, creative) with clear briefs
- Daily 15-minute standup with the marketing team
- Brief the Director of Creative for campaign creative work
- Measure performance: CPL, CAC, ROAS, growth per channel and entity
- Weekly report to CEO: what worked, what did not, next decision
- 1:1 with CEO for priority alignment and budget decisions
- Maintain Notion playbook with documented learnings
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B marketing for local services or multi-brand
- English C1 for briefs and meetings with US leadership
- Demonstrated experience orchestrating remote teams of 4 to 6 specialists
- Expert reading of funnel and analytics (GA4, Looker Studio)
- Asana, Notion, or Linear as second skin
- Strategic thinking, not tactical
Nice to Have
- Background in performance marketing for US clients
- Experience scaling a brand from zero to first $1M in marketed revenue
- Familiarity with the construction or field services industry
