Sources

We receive this information from you through applications, qualification submissions, and communications, and from references or professional profiles you choose to share with us.

Data Minimization

Initial applications do not request Social Security numbers, Mexican RFC or CURP, passport copies, bank details, immigration documents, or health information. If any of this becomes legitimately necessary at a later stage, we will request it separately.

Service Providers

We may use hosting, communications, recruiting, security, and professional-adviser service providers to process this information for the purposes described above.

Retention

We keep recruiting and qualification records for as long as needed to evaluate your application or submission, communicate with you, and meet legal obligations.

Future Opportunities

We keep your information to consider you for future opportunities only if you choose that option when you apply. You can withdraw that choice at any time by writing to Privacy@pavific.com.

International Processing

Information may be processed in countries other than the country in which it was collected, subject to applicable requirements.

Your Rights
