Define the Scope
We identify the business problem, services required, deliverables, systems involved, success criteria, and boundaries of the engagement.
HOW WE WORK
A managed-services relationship should make responsibilities clearer, not blur them.
We identify the business problem, services required, deliverables, systems involved, success criteria, and boundaries of the engagement.
Commercial terms, service responsibilities, access requirements, confidentiality obligations, and deliverable expectations are documented in the applicable agreement or Statement of Work.
Pavific coordinates delivery through its service structure and designated business contacts based on the applicable engagement.
Results are reviewed against the agreed scope and measurable business objectives. Services may be modified, expanded, renewed, or concluded as needs evolve.
CLIENT INDEPENDENCE
Pavific and its clients remain separate businesses. Unless expressly provided in a written agreement, clients retain responsibility for their own core operations, workforce, customer contracts, regulatory obligations, field execution, and business decisions. Pavific is responsible for the managed services expressly included within its applicable scope of work.
